Record your funeral wishes
This form helps you write down what you want for your funeral. After you fill it out, we’ll send your wishes to you, and the person you would like to organise your funeral. We’ll also keep them safe at Reynolds until they’re needed.
Good to know
If you would rather come in and talk to a funeral director about your wishes, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
This is not for a pre-paid funeral plan. The funeral will still need to be paid for after your death, based on prices at that time. If you feel a pre-paid plan would suit you better, please get in touch.
Before you begin

Information you will need
Your personal details, including your email address.
Name(s) and contact details of the people you would like to carry out your wishes (usually your next of kin or chosen executor).
Details of what you’d like to include in your funeral.

Time to complete
Around 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how much information you want to include. You don’t need to answer every question, only the ones that are important to you.

If you want to save your progress and come back to it later
There is a button on every page that will allow you to save your progress so you can come back to it later. You’ll need to enter your email and your information will be stored for 30 days.

Tell your chosen person
When you complete this form, it will automatically send an email to the person you have chosen to carry out your wishes.
It’s a good idea to let them know beforehand. It can also be helpful to tell other people, such as your family and loved ones, about your wishes too.
